Translation Workflow
Step 1: The manager of the Translation Division makes a preliminary
analysis of the copy to be translated; Customer service representative
introduces our experience in this aspect, service price and
delivery date to the customer;
Step 2: The project manager selects the translators having
rich knowledge in the specialty to set up a project group,
while he is responsible for establishing an integral management
system of specialized terms to ensure translation quality
and efficiency and the consistency of language style and special
terms.
Step 3: Translation is carried out in accordance with quality
assurance requirements.
Step 4: After completion of translation, the project manager
conducts preliminary check, edition and review of the translation.
All translated texts must strictly be proofed literally and
technically, and well edited. This process will eliminate
any errors in spelling, typewriting and grammar thoroughly,
and assure unity of wording.
Step 5: A senior translator conducts final check and review.
Step 6: Typesetting. Our project management group or the project
manager will peruse the outputted product thoroughly. Translated
texts can be typeset to costumers’ requirement to assure their
consistency with the originals. Final documents can be provided
in form of FTP, email, paper, CD, etc.
Step 7: Final product can be delivered by email, fax, express
mail service, etc.
Step 8: The original, translation, CD and other Fax and copy
materials will be kept for one year. After that, they will
be destroyed for protection of secrets.
